Darren has worked in Facilities for over 25 years and TUPE transferred to Incentive in 2009, initially managing our contract with EMAP Publishing. He transferred to Covent Garden as Customer Service Manager in 2011 with a concentration on customer liaison with retailers and commercial input, as well as managing the cleaning, security services and Street Performers. Darren transferred to an FM Role for Equiniti Financial Services in 2013, a multi-site site contract in, where he progressed and eventually became the Account Manager. Darren was recently promoted to Regional Manager in 2019 retaining responsibility for the Equiniti contract but gaining a further five contracts. He is customer focused, with a keen eye for detail, who is also very adept at leading teams through change.
